Tech Troubleshooting

Device says "connect"? Stuck in processing/charging mode? Network light flashing orange?
No matter the issue, follow the steps below to resolve most problems.

1. Dock devices

Place device(s) in the dock and press the dock button. Wait for the device(s) to display ‘Ready’.

2. Restart the dock

Unplug the dock from power. Wait five seconds, then plug back in.

3. Check network connection

Dock light flashing orange? Download the LENA Wi-Fi Connector mobile app. Follow the instructions to connect.
