How does LENA Grow work?
LENA Grow is a professional development program for teachers.

1. LENA Day One day each week, children wear a small, child-safe LENA device. The device captures the talk each child experiences during the day.
2. Weekly Session The day after your LENA Day, complete your weekly app session to review your data, reflect on successes and challenges, set a goal, and learn new teaching strategies.
3. Apply Strategies Between app sessions, practice engaging children in interactive talk and work toward achieving your goal!
